Catching up on vanilla life. Will be around this evening. Feeling extra greedy and bitchy, I was away too long.

  1. No, she isn’t. There is easy solution to your problem. Don’t click and/or download the videos you don’t like. I don’t like a lot of things too, but I ignore them. I don’t watch them. I don’t demand that others take it off the Internet, just because I don’t like it.

  2. Its like if i started a clip4sale store and abuse ur dad or mum on it!! are u gonne just stay and listen to that or gonna take some action!?

In my case, I will buy it since I would find it hilarious, but if I knew it will piss me off, I would ignore it and won’t go to that c4s store. No, I won’t take any action.

  3. Good luck, but you should know that mocking religion isn’t a crime in the US. It’s protected speech under First Amendment.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press . . . .”

Also, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled (1952) that New York could not enforce a censorship law against filmmakers whose films contained “sacrilegious” content.

See this for the 1952 US supreme court decision

“from the standpoint of freedom of speech and the press, it is enough to point out that the state has no legitimate interest in protecting any or all religions from views distasteful to them which is sufficient to justify prior restraints upon the expression of those views. It is not the business of government in our nation to suppress real or imagined attacks upon a particular religious doctrine, whether they appear in publications, speeches, or motion pictures
