First of all, I’m not a religious nut, I just told you how I felt about it… For the person who said it would be exciting to chose between her and god, this is what I have to say about that, she is beautiful and exciting, but I highly doubt she could steer me against my faith, even though its not even that strong at this point in my life. Someone also assumed that I pray to Jesus, which is correct, but I just want to point out Buddha is not a god, Buddhism is not a religion, it is a way of life, and I’m pretty sure Buddhist don’t believe in an afterlife but I’m not positive about that.

I don’t mean to insult you’re beliefs, however, I have to point out, there is no god in the philosophy of Buddhism… Many people of Jewish, Christian, and other theistic follow the teachings of Buddhism in every day life as there are many parallels and they still aren’t abandoning their own faith. It can be seen as a religion, but I as well as a lot of the world see it as a way or life, and I respect Buddhist very much. And just a side note; Buddha is not actually supposed to be fat, the statue of Buddha is modeled after Siddhartha Gautama who fasted for years in order to reach Nirvana.
